No Reserve Auction!!Highest bidder at close of auction gets this car!!This very clean Arizona car belongs to my 87 year old uncle Rudy. He is the second owner and has owned it for 17 years and only put 13k miles on it. I am helping him sell it. The car is super clean and straight. The panels fit perfectly and the doors shut with an easy click. The photos attest to the sparkle of this car! Arizona and southern California cars are the only ones to buy because of the dry climate. Cars from more humid climates like the midwest and east coast usually have hidden rust problems.
The car has not been driven for 3 years and currently turns over easily but does not start. It ran well before being parked in the garage 3 years ago. It most likely needs to have the fuel exchanged out of the system and new filters placed. The dash has some cracks in it and the gloss finish of the center console wood panel around the gear shift is cracked in the corner.
We are selling it as-is, where is without any given warranties written or implied. It is a perfect project for someone mechanically inclined. This 560sl is the largest and best engine of the R107 series that sold between 1971 and 1989. It has become Mercedes latest classic car with pristine ultra low mileage models selling for over $60,000.Payment Terms/Shipping/Contact: Clean and clear title. I require a $250 deposit within 24hrs of the end of the auction. Either cash in-person or PayPal. I require full payment within 3 days of the end of the auction. Either cash in-person, cashier's check in-person, or a wire transfer. I will not release the car until all funds have cleared. I can assist in helping arrange transportation as well.
