Description

Nice old Cougar that needs some love but drives great as it sits. 351 Cleveland runs great and starts right up, runs straight down the road, shifts excellent, and stops perfect. All lights and top motor work great. Dependable car that you could restore as you drive! Things it needs: top is torn( comes with roll of new material for top) seat bottoms need attention, trunk lock needs to be put back in, battery is old, has a couple rust bubbles and 1 small dent, clear coat flaking on trunk, tune up, Dash pad, and a good cleaning. floors solid with 1 patch, frame solid. Everything works(radio sketchy at times), drives nice( had it out for about 2 hours today and at times up to 50 mph), good driver. Sold as is where it is, come check it out for yourself. Being sold locally so I reserve the right to end auction at anytime.

Had this classic hot rod out today for a couple hours again and it did well. Me and my son drove it for about 2 hours or so. Its not a mustang or a Camaro but we did get the thumbs up a couple times. I did want to mention though that I feel the tires are too small for car I feel and the belt may need changing. Car easily spins tires and slides out a bit if you hit it hard and if the tires aren'tsquealing the belt is. Both only on hard acceleration. A blast to drive but like I said before it needs a littlelove, I am just not a old car guy.

Forgot to put in, I lowered the reserve and the buy it now price to half the in official appraised value from Georges Garage, a local restoration guy who looked it over for my son. He bought a truck so now car goes. Lowest priced classic drivable hot rod on ebay, that I have seen !

Its a 2 barrel carb, pictures of bottom of car. everything is solid but has surface rust. No leaks, starts right up, would probably change fluid before driving long ways.. Title clear. I hope that answers all the questions.

I was told it was a Windsor motor because it was a 2 barrel but the vin decoder says Cleveland. I don't know the difference. I lowered price because I don't know.
