Mercury Monterey 54' Deluxe:Up for sale is this 1954 Mercury Monterey Coupe. This car is in 10/10 condition!!!! It has been restored 100% including paint all sheet metal paint interior and mechanics. There are 13K Approximately on this restoration, that means all new engine and transmission rebuild body and paint interior and so on. The body is STRAIGHT and paint is 100% clean with no imperfections. It is the two tone colors (light cream yellow with black top options). The interior is yellow and Black. The interior is spotless, all carpets brand new, undercarriage in perfect shape.
This car has won various trophies and car shows, the engine and transmission are in excellent painted non leak order. The clutch and transmission shifts well, truly a pleasure to drive. The previous owner LOVED this car, garaged it under a car cover and kept it in immaculate shape. The tires are retro style radials, brakes are disc upfront and drums rear, exhaust sounds excellent. The trunk floors and all pans are rust free and perfect condition.
The car comes with a HEAP of extra parts that was collected throughout the years at various events and owning the vehicle. Extra hub caps trim wether stripping lights bezels etc. It even has tons of the original parts.
THIS IS A DOCUMENTED CAR!!! There are books, brochures, maintenance logs, dealer warranty paperwork and information sheets, owners manuals, service books and maintenance DIYS literature. This Mercury also has a car cover included.
The engine is the original Y-Block V8 with Manual Transmission 3 speed and Over drive. All windows roll up and down perfectly. all chrome and trim are excellent, interior vents all work. Radio does not but i will look into it. CLEAN CLEAR TITLE!
