1989 Mercury Colony Park GS Wagon 4-Door 5.0L

This auction is for a 1989 Grand Marquis Colony Park station wagon, all original with around 60,107 mi.
The car was bought new in Fort Myers, Florida and the second owner was an elderly man who only drove it on Sundays so there is very minimal rust on the car and the undercarriage is exceptionally clean. The odometer reads 18,500 however I believe the mileage is more accurate of 60,107. The second owner had bought a detachable drive shaft for the vehicle so that he could tow it behind his RV. The mileage is true to the entire car but the rear wheels have seen many more miles after 1996, as seen in the AutoCheck Report. The interior is pristine with almost no wear in the original leather seats. The 5.0l 302V8 runs wonderfully and the tranny shifts well. The paint is all original and has some sun-fading and the "wood" siding is in good condition with little stripping. This car glides over the road with it's air bag rear suspension and is extremely reliable.
Known issues with the vehicle:Passenger window switch doesn't work.Rear drivers side window motor doesn't work.Interior headlamp bulb needs to be replaced.Needs a new heat shield under the hood.
All other windows work perfectly including the rear sliding window. AC, heat and power seats work perfectly.
