Description: Here we have this immaculate 1962 Mercury Monterey Commuter station wagon. These do not come around for sale often and this is one of the cleanest examples that we have seen. This Merc has power steering, a 352 ci V8, and a 3-speed manual column shifted transmission. This car was fully restored and has just 79 miles on the restoration! It is an absolutely stunning turn key classic and we are proud to offer it for sale here at Bullet Motorsports.

Interior: Its classic two-tone white and bronze exterior is complimented by a matching interior, including its rebuilt and originaldash, steering wheel, seats (even the seat springs were repainted) and radio. You can spend hours looking at the details inside of this car, the fit and finish is second to none. The 3-speed column shifter is easy to get the hang of and fun to use, the clutch is smooth and brakes, throttle, and steering all feel solid and responsive.

Exterior: The Montereywas meticulously and completely dismantled, stripped down to bare metal, then precisely restored to its original glory. It has American Classic tires with whitewalls, the same type of tires used in 1962. The paint, chrome, and all of the body panels are in perfect condition, you will be hard pressed to find another wagon like this one. Before restoration, this vehicle came with its original paint and minimal rust. The restoration was completed in January 2016.

Drivetrain: The Monterey is powered by a 352 ci V8 and paired to a 3-speed column shifted manual transmission.
