the previous owner was born in 1924 making her 95 years old . . . we have the ORIGINAL Connecticut title from 1992. if you look at the photo of the title you will see it was bought NEW in 1992 . . . . the owners were 68 & 69 years old when they bought it . . the car is from Torrington,CT . . . .they were retired senior citizenswhen the car was new . . .

. . . . . . . .the car that we’re selling today I have to be honest with you was always one of my favorite cars when it first came out. this is a 1992 Mercury Sable LS Station Wagon. . .with an absolutely unbelievable 48,990 original miles if you go back on-line and read the reviews from the early-1990's. . .these cars were highly rated. . . . . . . . plenty of power . . .very smooth . . the motor is perfect . . .transmission shifts like silk. . . .suspension / shocks are quietas can be . . .if you look at the photo of the dash cluster. .you will see NO lights . . .NO check engine lights. . .NO warning lights. . .NO nothing . . .(just the door ajar because I was sitting in the back set with the door open) idior IT'S REALLY AMAZING. . .YOU WILL SEE ! ! !

the car has a five digit odometer . . .trust me the mileageis correct. .to give you an idea of how LITTLE the car was used . . look at the oil change sticker . . . ..it is due at 51,445 miles OR 10-14-14 . . . see what I mean ? . .its FOUR AND A HALF YEARS LATER AND ITS STILL NOT AT 51K . . . . . im not saying Fords / Mercurysare not good cars. . .THEY ARE. . . .what I AM saying is if this car had 149k YOU WOULD KNOW IT MY FRIENDS. . . . it would be loose, rattle, and feel NOTHING like this car does. . . .

the miles are 100% original . . . . .from the researchI did this was the husbandscar . .he passedaway in 1997 . . in 2001 the car / CarFax shows it has 41,000 miles. . . . that was a few years after he passed . . . .from 2001 till recently it was driven once or twice a month just to "stretchits legs" and keep everything moving. . . . it was in use (just used very little) CLEARLY the owner of the car always had it garaged and it has no rust the interior of the car looks absolutely brand new . . . . . I don’t think the backseat (or the way back) was ever used . . carpet still "glistens" you know what I mean ?. . . .it has a compartment in the "way back" not a seat . . . . . .the car shows VERY well, paint looks all original. . . .it is very shiny with deep rich gloss, not perfect paint THIS CAR WAS NOT BUFFED (look at my reflection in the paint) I CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHEN IT'S BUFFED OUT IT WILL LOOK NEW ! ! ! . . .

the keyword here is ORIGINAL . . . . it's ALL original and ALL nice. . . this is a beautiful the car. it has a great presence . . . it’s features a 3.8L V6 . . . . .automatic transmission. p.win - p.locks - p.brakes - p.steering - tilt wheel - cruise control - dual airbags - factory alloys - roof rack - the list goes on and on . . . .plus gray velour interior which shows almost no wear, the only issues I can find with the car is the radio is stick in TAPE mode (this is THE most common Ford radio and can be bought got $15-$20 on eBay). . . .the heat works the AC (is too cold to test). . . and some scratches on the bumper corners. . . .those are LITERALLY the only things I can find on this entire car.it has four original keys . . .and the original owners manuals. it has beautiful factory alloy wheels w/good tires. and every power and luxury option you can imagine it’s just a beautiful high-end top-of-the-line luxury car. . . . . .WITH 48,990 ORIGINAL MILES ! ! ! ! !

100% original and clearly was very well cared for and loved . . . it's sold with a clean / clear Connecticut title & bill of sale, the previousowner of the car accidentally started to write48,990 into the six boxes on the back of the title wherethe mileage is supposed to go . . . and realized she made a mistake and crossed it out (a no-no on any title) so there is a signed notarized"Letter of Correction" to explain. . . .this was an unnecessarystep . . .we just wanted to make it fool proof. . . .I mean technically you don't even NEED a title to a carthisold . . . .the exceedsmileage box is checked (THAT IS AUCTION POLICY FOR ANY CAR WITH 5 DIGIT ODOMETER) . . obviously it's an across the board policy. . . I mean how would they know if a five digit car was 20k or 120k. . .they wouldn't! ! ! . .they didn'town the car . . .that is just their policy. . . . I KNOW A 48K MILE CAR WHEN I DRIVE IT. . . .
