85 ASC McLaren Convertible

Sorry ended action early for a local sale that didn't go thru, after deal was made.
This is a running & driving restoration project.Drivetrain is good.This is 1 off only 257 ever made in 1985 by ASC, and only 62 Convertible in Black exterior Tan interior.Didn't look into what # it is.Its all original with the dual injectors on top of the carburetor, basically 1st style fuel injection.
This car has been off the road for like 10 plus years. But I still drive it around the block to keep drivetrain moving.
Car needs " lots of work" like body work, seats redone, interior work, passenger floors are rusted throw & driver side has rust too, strut tower has rust on driver side frame rail, there is lite surface rust under the carriage, trunk lid has the usual rust, some electric work maybe needed ( like alternator or regulator replaced, because battery doesn't charge.As you see in pictures I removed the convertible top canvas.
It looks like maybe it's been in a minor fender bender, as you can see a small kink in the rail.
Look at pictures, the last 3 pictures are of rust on driver rail, kink on rail ( you have to look between the wires, and last pictures is of passenger floor pan rusted throw.
Please look at pictures & understand this is like a full restoration, that runs & drives.
