I am the second owner of this well cared for estate car. Interior is in great shape for it's age. No cracks in dash. Good strong motor and 3 speed transmission. No electrical issues. No evidence of mice. Vinyl top is in great shape with no rips or tears.
It has some quirks, as most 41 year old cars do. Some of the suspension bushings are squeaky. AC engages, but doesn't work. Cruise works occasionally. Fuel and temp gauge work, but aren't very accurate. Has some minor surface rust starting in areas. Rockers and fenders are solid. Has had a door closed respray at some point in her life...looks to have been done on a budget. Fair amount of chips and door dings on driver's side door. Tires have good amount of tread left on them, but they are older. There may be other unknown defects, but it's currently being daily driven without issue. Get's about 13 mpg in city.
