Description

1971 Cyclone GT. One of 2287 made and approximately 175 in this color combination. Medium Goldenrod Yellow w/ Medium Ginger interior. 351C 2V automatic. PS, PDB, buckets, console, floor shift, gauge pack, rim blow steering wheel, A/C.

Car runs, drives, and ( more importantly ) Stops! It is NOT road worthy. Many lights are not working. The tires are very dry rotted and old. The wheels are from a Lincoln LSC ( all four are now on the car / as shown on the passenger's side ) The carb is new and the brakes are new. This car has the gauge pack w/ a 140 MPH speedo, tach, oil pressure, temp, & amps. The speedo, tach, temp, and oil gauges all work. The mileage is original and just over 64K. The paint is original as is all of the interior. This is a very original unmolested car. It came from the original owner's estate. I have a clean title in my name.
The car has some rust. Floors are pretty good but shown in the pictures, the driver's side floor is the worst. There are minor holes in the passenger front and on the driver side rear floor. The trunk floor has rust, and the car will need a new rear body panel. It will also need a new right front fender apron and battery tray. ( available ) The trunk lid will need replaced. The hood should be salvageable. The left fender has minor rust, and the right fender is dented. Both are repairable. Both doors are good. The right quarter panel is good. The left quarter panel has minor rust and is very repairable. The frame rails and rockers are all good as are the wheelhouses. The front suspension tie bar has minor rust ( where the strut rods mount / shown in picture ). This is a good car to either restore or resto mod. IMO too nice to part out.
