Description

1957 Colony Park 4 door Hard top 9 passenger.
Very seldomly seen top of the line station wagon for 1957 there were only 7200 ever produced. This is a complete running and functional car has been in storage for 10+ years. Under the hood is a 312 Y -block v8, 4 barrel holley carburetor, electronic ignition and factory dual exhaust. Engine starts easy, no smoke and feels strong Odometer reads 82029. Factory two speed merc-o-matic teletouch transmission that works in all gears, controlled via push button panel located on the dash. The 4 wheel drum brake system has been gone through and a new master cylinder and rear brake hose was installed and is functioning as it should. The interior is complete an in good condition with no major damage. The 20 year old black paint still presents it self well though it has nicks, chips and paint blemishes. Bumpers and bright work are complete and in good shape, there are some pieces of chrome that have pitting coming through: tail light surrounds and left rear window frame. With the car comes a very nice set of foxcraft full length rear fender skirts (hard to find).
The car has some rust damage in several locations underneath; two rear body mounts near the rear tires, the bottom of both rear quarter panels, the bottom of the tail gate and both left and right inner rockers. The driver and passenger side floor boards have had patches done. The passenger side frame also has rust damage (pictured). The vehicle runs and drives but is not road worthy, would need front and rear suspension rebuilt. There are no keys to this vehicle. The Vehicle comes with a clean California title under a non-Op status. Any questions feel free to ask, thank you for your interest.
