About this vehicleThis 1963 Mercury Comet Hardtop is an original with updates to the exterior, interior and drivetrain. The owner has had it for 3 years. The vehicle runs great and was used as a daily driver.Seller's Notesruns and drives well aside from it now needing a front end alignment. Front wheels are leaning inward. I’m not sure what it all entails to fix. Selling as is. was using it as a daily driver. heat works. rebuilt 302 with tri carb setup. motor was a stock rebuild with the addition of a mild cam. rebuilt t5 manual 5 speed transmission. new wiring harness and fuse box. new gas tank, front disc brakes, electric fuel pump, alternator, carpet, aluminum radiatior, dash pad, Mallory ignition. has 66 mustang seats and a rear seat out of a 90’s Buick. trunk is pretty solid. there is some bondo here and there but it’s not a basket case. paint looks like house paint from the 70’s new electric fan ect. I’m sure I am missing some parts listed but I have a book with about 10k in parts and receipts.
