1956 and a 1955 Mercury Monterey hot rat rod gasser project

For sale is a 1956 Mercury, car lived its life in Arizona and is very solid. As you see the car is a project, being taken apart to paint. This car has no rot in the floors, trun, or rockers. One fender will need a spot repaired at the bottom of the fender. Fenders will need some straightening, nothing major. Comes with an extra fender. Car has 99% of all its parts and comes with the 55 in the pictures. The car comes with a Mercury 390 engine and trans, totes and boxes full of parts and stainless. Car has its bumpers and grill, a few sets of tail lites and extra lenses. Also comes with a new 1955 ford rear bumper, has a nice clean look to it. The 56 has all of it`s glass which appears to be new ? With exception ofwindshields. The interior has its front and rear door panels which are in pretty good shape, they are black and white, bench seat in front is missing but car has a set of black and white bucket seats. Rear bottom seat is missing. I have the steering column, several radiators, one appears new. Car has its wheel wells and the horse shoe for the radiator along with the panel the hood would latch to. Hood is in very good condition . Has 4 hubcaps. I have open title to this car. The 55 has it`s original engine and tran, door, trunk lid appear solid and useable . Glass is all there and in good shape except the drivers door which is cracked. 55 is missing its gauge cluster but dash is complete otherwise. This car has no title and is a parts car. These cars are being sold as a pair with the hope that someone gets the 56 back on the road . As I said previously, the 56 is a nice solid old car which has 99% of its needed parts. Please bid what you can afford, im not looking to trade I need the room to work on other projects. Cars are for sale locally and I may pull auction at any time up to the time the reserve is met. Will need a $250 deposit within 48hrs of auction end via Paypal. The rest in cash when the cars are picked up. Cars must be picked up within 14 days of auction end . Per a couple questions, the engine does have the 352 on the block. Heads come out to a 71-74 . Engine has not been apart, is complete air cleaner to pan . Only missing the alternator. There is no smog stuff on engine so I think its pre 73. Engine spins free, air cleaner states it is a 390 2 barrel. It does have a 2 barrel carb.
