1933 MG J2 Midget
Description
This is a 1933 MG J2 Midget with the swept-wing fenders. The original motor has been gone for 40 or more years and a flat head English Ford engine was installed at the time. Before coming to Iowa this car was purchased in Chicago in the 70s.
The original colors of the body, wheels and interior are green. The car was painted red a very long time ago as well as the wheels. There is a large box of parts that come with the car that includes most of the missing parts including the friction shocks and the rest of the brake system. The original switch panel which would have been located in the large hole on the passenger side of the dash is gone and I do not have it. I believe many cars of the period used that switch panel and finding one shouldn't be a problem.
The car has a clear title in my name.
