Description

Vehicle Overview
14294 ACTUAL MILEAGE TWO OWNER GARAGE KEPT PRESERVED MGB ROADSTER
This is an 14294 actual mile time warp MGB roadster. The car is as perfect as an original example can be. I was there in 1978-1980 at Kansas City British Motors.I was in college and they would let me come back each summer and sell these fun little British Roadsters. They were not exactly flying off the shelves back then so they would dress them up and add everything that Americans thought were cool in the late 70s and early 80s.This was one of those examples that had everything added that they could add.The paint scheme was an extra charge, the wheels, luggage rack,Ziebart undercoating,Rain Xwas even an extra charge,as well as the upgraded exhaust. We would push these $6500 cars to $10500 with all the add ons! Dated now but in time warp condition. The car is original in everyway.Tires have been replaced and money spent to get the car in roadworthy condition but otherwise completely original. As with all really superb examples of a car, photographs have not reflected how nice and crisp this original car is.I think the car is better in person than the pictures reflect.Review the 60 pictures posted and discern for yourself how absolutely stunning this original car is.Top is perfect, dash perfect, paint perfect, carpets, gauges, console, trunk compartment, all exceptional. The car comes with both top boot and tonneau cover.I do not think the tonneauhad ever been on the car until I took these pictures. The engine compartment could use a little TLC and one would have an instant concourse champ. The wet looking areas on the undercarriage is Ziebert, not oil leaks.Review the pictures,if the car holds interest, contact me at 615-971-4409.This and other European collectibles may be reviewed at jpfrazier.com.
