We are pleased to offer this 1949 MG TC for sale. This car has been driven and enjoyed for many years by a longtime client of ours. He has owned and restored many MGs over the years, and this was his keeper. He is now getting older and is not driving as much as he once did. The car was restored by him about twenty years ago and it is a fantastic-driving car. He did a full ground-up restoration at that time and has put 11,000 miles on it since restoration. The engine was rebuilt at that time and an original Marshall supercharger installed. The car runs very strong with this setup. It idles very smoothly and makes great power for a T series all through the power band. The steering box has been updated to a more modern unit which really enhances the steering and driving experience. The brake drums are updated with rare alloy Alfin brake drums. This is a really great-driving car and easily one of the nicest MG TC-s we have driven. The sale of this car also comes with a custom made trailer that was built specifically to fit this car.
