Description

The misses wants a new home so I am forced to sell my beloved classic mini.
Titled as a 1977 Leyland mini, she appears to look much more like a '91 mini mayfair.
She's currently my daily driver, starts up every time, runs strong and is comfortable holding speeds of 70mph.
This mini has the 998cc engine which at some point was upgraded to a stage one as it features an RC40 exhaust (sounds beautiful), upgraded carb needle and K&N air filter.
I have made a couple of videos (I'm no expert at this so please forgive me!!) so you can see how she drives and the walk around gives you an idea of her appearance.

Recent work I've done to her:
Brand new 7ent head. and engine overhaul.New RadiatorNew Brake Master CylinderElectronic IgnitionIgnition CoilBrand New LeadsDizzy Cap and Rotor Arm
I'd plan on in the future replacing the accelerator cable (cheap part, easy fix) which will need to be done at some point. Also, It's almost due for a new carb needle and Jet. Cheap parts and a nice little project for her new owner.
She has rust. Classic mini's are known for rust and this one has her fair share. She has developed a couple of holes in the floor pan and the passenger door skin needs replacing. See the images for an idea, just know that although she runs well, the rust will need to be taken care of at some point.
Good news though - I have already started collecting the panels, which I'll include in the sale. I currently have:
Authentic Austin passenger door skinBoth outer sillsfront floor pans for patching the holes
You will need more, but it's a start.
Shipping - I can help you ship her to you if need be. I will not pay for it. You can also arrange someone to pick it up. I am located in Jacksonville, Florida. I'm happy to help however ultimately, you are responsible for shipping and associated charges.
PLEASE NOTE -I have tried my best to describe her as best I can. If you have any questions please ask before you bid as I will not be held accountable for things you find unacceptable after the transaction. This mini is a project and is priced accordingly. They are not like a new car, you have to work them to get the most out of them.
