1990 Montero, a real rock crawler. When was the last time you saw one of these in such good condition?
Automatic V6, with aftermarket manual locking front hubs.
Motor quite and tight. I installed a new timing belt. Just to make sure that the valves dont get damaged.
This is a no a/c car.
Brand new 31/10/15 monster tread Goodyear Wrangler tires, mounted on factory LS wheels.
Interior is super clean. There is a cover on the drivers side, but that is just to make SURE it stays super clean.
AftermarketAM/FM CD radio and speakers. Sounds real nice.
This truck has a factory "inclinator" gauge on the dash. I think they put it there as a joke, because if you are looking at the gauge, you WILL roll over! These trucks were rated higher than a Land Rover Defender for their climbing capability.
Runs, shifts, drives and stops perfectly. Paint work and body looks good, but it looks like two diffrent shades of red. Looks great, you can not buy gas without everybody asking, what this thing is. Younger people never saw them.
Here is a small list of stupid things it will need.
1.Front bumper ends, still available thru the dealer. $50 each.
2.Brake warning light reset on the dach cluster. Replaced the two back brake lines, and can not figure out how to reset the brake light.
Feel free to ask any question s, or have the truck inspected by a independent inspector. I will give you my shop and tools to use.
