This 1991 300ZX was sold new in York, PA.According to Carfax, it spent it entire life in Pennsylvania. It currently has 44,295 miles on a clear title.I purchased it in December of 2017 from the third owner. The vehicle turned 44,000 miles on my test drive in Lancaster, PA.
The car is in excellent mechanical condition, drives well, and has cold A/C. The former owner, who could no longer drive, last had the car for service to Lancaster Nissan at 43,978 on 8/26/15 for the following work:
·New power window switch
·Replace one (there is a mismatch set)
·New front and rear brakes
·Total bill was $1,103.86(have documentation)
As the car was not driven for a while, I took the Z to Rothrock Nissan on 2/10/17 at 44,132 miles for the following work:
·Full vehicle assessment
·Time belt replacement
·Water pump replacement
·Thermostat replacement
·All new cooling hoses & clamps
·Cooling flush
·Transmission flush
·Brake fluid flush
·Fuel line replacement
·Air filter replacement
·Spark plug replacement
·Lubrication, oil, & filter service
·New wiper blades
·New battery
·PA State Inspection (not require for PA Classic status)
·Total bill was $3,216.56 (have documentation and many photos taken by Nissan tech)
This vehicle has had $4,320.42 in Nissan service in the last 323 miles. It is a very nice 2+2 T-top car with leather in good condition. It was the DS airbag (an option for 1991), power driver’s seat, auto climate control, and heated power mirrors. It has the factory Bose speakers. The Kenwood head unit is the only known modification. The power aerial works. The cabin carpets are in excellent condition. The rear luggage carpet is stained. All tools, jacks, T-top covers, and bag are in perfect condition. The owner’s manual is available as are both keys (standard and titanium key).
Here are the items that need to be addressed:
·scratch on DS fender
·Faded paint on roof above windshield
·Faded paint on rear hatch
·Stained carpet in luggage compartment
·Luggage cover is aged and faded
·Tires are a mixed set and should be replaced
·Windshield/window trim should be restored or replaced
I bought the car out of nostalgia as I had one in college. I have a three and a four car garage with other toys. I have only driven it around town and feel badly driving a low mileage vehicle. Sending it out for paint would require me to prep the car and which I haven’t found the time to do. A paint job and new trim would be the best in my opinion to complete the look. I have a high initial bid price but no reserve.
Full invoices are available as are many more photos.Feel free to reach out if with requests for further details.Thank you for viewing my listing.
I would consider trades for a low mileage Porsche 968 or a post 1987 944 Turbo (hardtop only).
