1988 Nissan 300ZX 2+2 MINT CONDITION! FULL SERVICE HISTORY! 5-Speed & T-Tops!
Description
Hello! Up for sale is my absolutely gorgeous and truly mint condition 1988 300ZX 2+2 with rare rear seat. 5-speed and T Tops that don't leak!
Exterior is virtually flawless. No dings, dents or scratches anywhere. It looks like a one year old car. Tires are like new. Zero rust anywhere. Small crack in lower drivers corner of windshield. The rest of glass is perfect and all original to the car.
Interior is just as nice. All original and gorgeous. Light wear on front seats but no rips or tears. Everything works! Including power antenna and ice cold AC. Original factory stereo with cassette and graphic equalizer. All works. Brand new headliner. Small slit in vinyl on passenger rear seat area on top near package tray is the only interior flaw.
Mechanically the car is perfect. Starts right up. No smoking, knocking or weird noises. Runs nice and cool. Engine compartment is super clean! No overheating issues and it doesn't leave a drop of any fluid on my garage floor. Nothing! Suspension is nice and tight. No pulling while driving or braking. Brakes are in excellent shape. No noises at all. Tires are Michelin's and are in excellent shape. Lots of tread life. The Z shifts smoothly through all the gears and the clutch is nice and easy to push and engages cleanly. No shifting issues at all.
This car is show car worthy and is a solid 9 out of 10 both cosmetically and mechanically. It starts and drives perfect. No shakes, rattles etc. it drives like a 30,000 mile car. No exaggeration.
It has 133,000 miles and was babied it's whole life. I have all service receipts from day 1. I am the 3rd owner. Original owners till 2015 were Z enthusiasts and babied this car. Second owner had it the last 3 years and only put 300 miles on it. Driving it to shows and cruises only. The original owner were fanatics and fixed anything it needed and did all maintenance as needed. Timing belt and water pump done 10000 miles ago. That's a huge expense you don't need to do. The only thing I could find that needs fixing is the drivers side headlight bucket doesn't go down automatically when you shut off the lights. You have to lower them manually. I think it's the actuator. They go up just fine from the headlight switch when you turn on the lights and they go up fine from the "cleaner" switch on the dash.
I encourage you to see for yourself. No disappointments I assure you.
