UNFORTUNATELY I WAS GIVEN(1) ONENEGATIVE FEEDBACK BY A NEW COMER ON EBAY. HE BOUGHT A USED Z-1000 FROM ME AND WAS NOT AWARE THAT THOSE BATS MAKE A UNIQUE SOUND WHEN MAKING CONTACT WITH A SOFTBALL. SO HE ASSUMED THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE BAT LEAVING ME A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK WITHOUT COMMUNICATING WITH ME FIRST. BUT HE LATER REALIZED THE BAT WAS NOT FLAWED IN ANY WAY.
BECAUSE HE TOOK TOO LONG TO RESPOND BACK TO MY MESSAGES TO RECTIFY THE ISSUE, IT WAS TO LATE TO RETRACT THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK TARNISHING MY PERFECT SCORE.
AGAIN, I TAKE MUCH PRIDE IN THE SERVICE I PROVIDE TO MY BUYERS, AND FOR THAT REASON I FELT AN EXPLANATION WAS IN ORDER.
