Description

This auction is for a 1990 Nissan 300ZX T-top/5spd manual. Fairly rare combination and this car was my fathers and was part if his extensive collection of cars that he was going to "get to one day." This was a running driving car and I have driven it years ago and it rand great with no unusual noises or knocks/smoke, however it was to my father's shop approximately 6 years ago and not started since. I used a car trailer to get it to it's current location. I would recommend draining the fuel/replacing with fresh gas before trying to start it. It also does not have a battery in it currently. My father left behind 90 cars when he passed away and unfortunately I have not had the time to spend getting this car, or any one car for that matter, running again (but basically it just needs a battery and fresh gas.)
This Nissan has a clean car-fax and the car-fax shows it to be an original Colorado car spending all of it's life in the dry and rust-free northern Colorado climate. I don't know a whole lot about this car other than my father really loved the early Z cars and had several of the original 260-280 Z's and he picked this car up to compliment those. Unfortunately, the clear coat has seen better days and will need attention, but the body is solid and damage/accident free, but that's why this is a project car and not a 4-5k car. This interior is in decent/ok condition, but will need a solid cleaning and there may be some small tears in the cloth seats, but the dash and door panels are not horrible and better than a lot I have seen on other project cars. I have both keys (master and red valet), and there is an extra passenger side window glass sitting in the interior so I would assume it is either an extra or there is an issue with the current glass however I can not find anything wrong. Either way, the glass goes with the car. Also the tires were all dry-rotted/cracked back when I needed to move the car so I replaced them with 4 tires that hold air, however they are not the original size for the car, but they hold air and allow the car to be rolled around.
I can not find a title for this car. The car will be sold on a notarized bill of sale only. It is possible that mt father had a title for this car, however I have not found it. My father had multiple buildings with cars/parts and it has been a daunting task to say the least to sort through everything. I am still sorting nearly 3 years later..... Assume you will need to get a title for the car. I do know that it IS NOT a salvage, and the title status on the car-fax is "clean." I have also checked the VIN to make sure there is no issues such as being stolen etc...
Car is SOLD AS IS/WHERE IS with no warranty expressed or implied. NO RESERVE! I also do not know if the car will pass emissions (however it did pass each emission inspection here in Colorado according to the car-fax) therefore I make no claims of emissions compliance if you happen to live in an area that requires emissions. Shipping is at the buyer's expense. I have sold several cars here on eBay and I am more than willing to help with the scheduling and loading of the car, however shipping is up to you, the buyer. I have 2 shippers that are local to me that I will give the information of to the winning bidder if needed. I do require a $400 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of auction close via Pay-pal, with the balance needing to be paid within 7 days. I DO NOT accept Pay-pal for the balance. Certified bank check, wire transfer, or cash for remainder of payment.
Please ask any and all questions, and I can provide more photos/specific photos if you want something photographed. Thanks!!!
