Prospective buyers, please call for a candid conversation with regards to condition and price. (972) 203-0767 Thank you,Fast440/Brent. Fast440 is pleased to offer this 1969 Oldsmobile Hurst/Olds Coupe, #129 out of 912 produced, and one of only 300 ever produced that is equipped with Factory Air-Conditioning. The Rich Man's Muscle Car as they fondly called is very rare as you know, and collector/investor quality in every sense of the word. Has, and will appreciate in value due to rarity. All options that we know of including a fully functioning AM/FM Wonderbar Radio, and this example is best described as an extremely well preserved Southwest climate (delivered new to Mesa, Arizona) example, and has been restored cosmetically and mechanically as needed over the years. Well maintained by enthusiast/collector owners at least 25 years back. Judging by some of the car's original trim components, you can just tell it has always been taken care of. Those who appreciate originality will know what I am talking about, and will appreciate the lack of poorly made aftermarket Asian made parts found on fully restored examples that need everything. This Olds retains all of It's factory original Sheet Metal top to bottom, and finished with high quality and recent paint work in the correct Colors, Cameo White and Hurst Fire Gold Frost. Straight looking Body Panels when looking down both sides of the car, and good Body Panel fit on this collision-free Chassis and Body. Exterior Trim Components appear to be mostly all original and in exceptional condition. Original Bumpers have been re-chromed, and the factory Rallye Wheels have been re-chromed/restored. The Vehicle Exterior has been gone through with the replacement of Seat Upholstery, Door Panels, and the original Dash Pad was sent off to be fully restored and re-installed to the tune of almost $2000.00. The Headliner is original and in great shape along with the condition of other various original trim components inside the car (see pictures). Soft products such as Door and Window seals have been replaced. All electricals function as they should including Gauges and cold A/C. Mechanically, this Hurst Olds Runs strong. Rebuilt at some point in the car's life with few miles travelled, and the Engine Block is a Date Code 1971 H/0 442. We are told by experts that very few of these cars have the original Block. Heads, Intake and Exhaust Manifolds, Carburetor, all appear to be correct. The T400 Automatic Transmission and 12-Bolt Rear Differential (A/C cars came with 3:23 Gears) are original to this vehicle when it left the Assembly Line in Lansing, Michigan. The Suspension has been repaired as needed over the years, and a major Brake Job was just performed (Rotor replacement, Etc.). Nearly $7000.00 of work just performed in anticipation of preparing the car for the marketplace. Memorable and rewarding driving impressions, and performance that gets your heart racing. No surprises, good investment and plain old Muscle Car fun. Priced to Sell, no watching it for sale for a year with some ridiculous asking price on it like so many out there. Lot's of fluffy history on these cars that you really should Google, we do not post that stuff in our ads. Copy and Pasting Ad Description with historical and factory specification tid-bits irritates me, it just shows the seller has no idea what he is selling. Let's talk condition, price and authenticity of this car ! Please call us immediately with any questions or concerns. Thank you, Fast440/Brent.
