1975 Oldsmobile Starfire, same model as the Chevrolet Monza and Buick Skyhawk. The Starfire had the lowest production numbers. Other cool fact, these American cars were actually manufactured in Quebec, Canada.. The first year Starfire is the only one to bypass smog laws in California. Also the first year Starfire is the only to carry a full instrumentation panel. This is an a/c car but no compressor. I spent $3700 dollars restoring the interior. New seats, new backseats entire new carpeting with soundproof padding.. Dash is pretty much flawless. There is one little slight wave on passenger side, but I have a dashpad to keep everything intact. Headliner is very nice too, couple small pinholes near top front next to windshield which I am guessing is from visors trying to be attached. I have bought visors for the car and they are attached. New windshield. Rebuilt original 2 barrell Rochester carbeurtor. Original V6 motor 231 Oddfire engine. 108,000 original miles purchased from original owner in San Jose. Registered with original 70's California Blue and Yellow plates.. Incredible am/fm stereo 8 track stereo system with Subwoofer amp and 2 6x9 Pioneer Speakers in Boxes. Loudest 8 track stereo you will ever hear. Can listen to The Carpenters with full pounding bass. New upgraded 14 inch wheels with mags. Offsets in rear. Have original tires and matching yellow 13 inch wheels that come with car. Also lots of extras, Filters, new pan and screen for tranny. New side emblems and new hood emblem. Comes with rare color correct quarter louvers. Rear spoiler is mounted on car. Rust free automobile by the way new suspension parts. New brakes too. Have original drums in box. Also has 3:73 gears. I did keep original gears. Also 10 bolt rear end with posi-traction. 350 turbo transmission is stock. Both engine and tranny are in great shape. I have thousands of dollars in this car. Only thing left is maybe new door seals which are in fair shape and sand and prep car and paint. Everything else has been done. Also fancy disco style aftermarket headlights. Comes with original owners manual, Original framed ad, two car magazines from the 70's featuring the Starfire and plastic model of car. One last thing does have more streamlined updated 1978 Chevrolet Monza front bumper. Check out the video::
