We sell all cars as-is, which means the buyer isresponsible for any and all repairs, according to the Ohio Buyer’s Guide (includes body, mechanical, frame and interior). We do our best to describe all vehicles as accurately as possible, but keep in mind that opinions may differ and that it’sthe buyer’s responsibility to inspect the car before bidding. We advise all bidders to get a third party to check out the vehicle if they can’t make it out themselves to ensure their complete satisfaction. This must be done before bidding. When you view the pictures of the vehicle, make sure you look at them on a large screen to ensure that you can see all attributes of the car.
If the car starts and runs onto the truck, but it does not start at arrival, that is the buyer’s responsibility (cars may be damaged on a long, bouncy trip). Once the car is paid for, all buyers should put insurance on the vehicle because they now own it. We will work with your shipper or you can call Mike, our shipper, for a rate at 970-300-1020. We leave all buyers positive feedback. All sales are final. All deposits are non-refundable, so please make sure you know exactly what you're buying before you bid. Our shipper will get the car to you within 4 days to 2 weeks at a fair price. If you'd like to call him for a price, that would be fine.
All cars left on our lot after 30 days will be charged $18 a day and we hope we never have to collect a dime. But we don't have enough space to store everyone's car after they're paid for. It's the buyer's responsibility to pick up their car that they just purchased. Please remember we are on the buyer's side. Please only bid if you are a real bidder who wants to purchase the vehicle, and again, if you haven't purchased 3 items over the last 3 months we will remove your bid. If you're zero bidder and you bid at the last second just before the auction ends, the vehicle will be offered to the bidder before you and you will not end up with the vehicle, so you need to call us.
Thank you for looking at our 1976 Olds Toronado 2-door with 40K actual miles and a clean and clear title. Please check out all the pictures of this car, because it really is in nice condition and it runs and drives 100%. The interior is in really nice shape, and it was the style for a Toronado of this era. There is carpeting over the dash pad, so I lifted it up in the pictures so you can see it's in perfect condition. The carpeting is just protecting the dash to keep it as nice as it is. The body of the car looks excellent for being 43 years old. The power windows, locks, power seat, and tilt all work correctly. The air conditioner doesn't have a belt on it but the compressor does turn freely. You could put a belt and charge on it and get lucky and fix it to work perfectly.
Obviously with the low mileage on the car, it probably sat for a while, and the belt could have been old, and it wasn't someone's main concern that the AC would work on the car. The tires, brakes and exhaust are all in good shape. The front wheel drive part of the car works correctly and makes no noises you shouldn't hear, which is a good thing. Somebody liked it so much, they put that special tire in the back, which does pop down to open the trunk and put gas in.
If you like it, it's there, and if you don't like it you can sell it on eBay and put some extra money in your pocket. We think it's kind of cool, but that's only one person's opinion. The buyer has to make his own choice if he's the lucky winner of this car. You can also see the battery is new, and it has a bunch of new parts. If you're looking at this for a weekend driver, you should have no problem driving it around with 40K actual miles, and the fun part about the car is that most people who pass you up will be looking at the car, because its not something you see driving down the road everyday. You'll definitely have a special car to take to car shows and cruise. We hope you like it as much as we do.
