Up for auction is a very clean 1989 Oldsmobile Cutlass Calais SSC 1 of 75 made, the Quad 4 is powerful in this original Texas, car stored indoors since being stored in Illinois in a collection. The car does have a clean Texas title The car is in very nice shape for an 89, The car runs and drives nice. no rips or tears in the interior, all original. So if your looking for your High School days ride and reminiscing of the late 80's, this would be a great flashback. The car is in show shape except for a dig and chip in the front of the hood see photo. Not a big deal and it does not take away the cars beauty, I get a lot of stories when it is out about remembering them in High School and was their first car.
The Quad 4 runs strong no leaks or noises, the car does have a power steering pump that makes some noise so probably will need a new pump at some point and time. It does steer nice and straight on the road with the cruise set and a cassette in the radio The A/C is R12 and needs to be topped off, bring a can or two of R12 and I will be happy to fill it for you. The car does not need anything else and ready to show at the local car show. I would not hesitate to drive the car across the country and back. I have tried to take a lot of photo's to do the car some justice and represent it honestly. This is probably one of a few in this condition and all original that you will find.
So if your looking for a collector car or antique from the 80's without breaking the budget.
