1950 Oldsmobile Rocket 88 four door. Body in excellent shape, no rust or bondo. Most of the improvements listed next, were from 2009 until present. Front and rear bumpers, master cylinder, wheel cylinders, NOS carburetor, rebuilt hydramatic transmission, dual exhaust(split manifold), door seals, kick pan, trunk kit, Coker wide whitewall bias tires(760-15 BFG 2 1/2 WW) including spare, tan leather interior, carpeting, mohair headliner, chrome dash, dropped installed gas and temperature gauges, 12 volt system conversion, 12 volt electric wipers, original dash radio and clock do not work, JVC AM/FM/CD player with remote, hidden in glove compartment, Oldsmobile dash tissue holder, stabilizer with front and rear stabilizer bushings replaced, chrome on front grill parking light bezels, hood ornament, exhaust manifold gaskets replaced, front and rear coil springs replaced, idler arm, rear shock links, carburator choke tube replaced. gas sending unit, in line fuel filter, fuel pump, fuel tank removed, cleaned and coated, fan belt. new style air filter, all fluids replaced.
No accident history. Everything else works good, lights, heater, turn signals, doors, windows, wipers, oil pressure and battery charging guages work in dash, etc. Car drives straight and powerful. Included with sale is a 1950 shop manual, original stove pipe air filter, new in dash clock, and some extra miscellaneous parts.
