Description

I am selling my 70 Oldsmobile 442 twilight blue sedan. I was planning on doing a restoration on this car but am selling this one to buy another car the owner i bought this one from has. It isn't too often that you come across a numbers matching Oldsmobile 442 in today's world. I have the original numbers matching motor for this 70 442,original numbers matching transmission as well. I also have the window sticker and the build sheet from under the gas tank. This will be a beautiful car when restored. Its a coded 28 which is twilight blue exterior and blue interior. It is a power disc brake, air conditioning, dual sport mirrors, console with Hurst dual gate, and etc. This is a well optioned 70 442 that will be amazing when done. The frame is very good as is the trunk. The floor pans have a few holes in them but this car is not a rust bucket. The car looks worse in the pics than it is.I have the original numbers motor on a stand with the heads, pistons, rods and that all the motor parts i have, missing intake. It does need rebuilt but having it keeps the value up on the 442. There is a 350 rocket motor in it now.that hasn't run in years. Overall this is a great 70 442 that is pretty complete. All the seats n belts are intact as well.. Believe or not all the lights and turn signals work too. I was very surprised of that since this car has been sitting so long. It is a Oklahoma car that is very solid. It has its original 12 bolt rear end and sway bar. Overall this is a great project that is very hard to find this day in age with its numbers drive train, original window sticker, build sheet. I have a clear Ohio title ready for the new owner. If you have any questions please send a email through eBay. I can store the car after purchase till transport is figured and will also help in the loading if necessary. It has almost all of the factory ac parts still intact in the engine compartment. There was a vinyl top on this car but i believe it was a dealer add on. Its not coded for one. You can look at the window sticker for the other options that this car has. Overall a very good car worthy of putting money into and it being worth it when its done. A very good investment with all the paper work. It is missing the console, shifter and driveshaft. The shifter cable hardware is still attached to the transmission. The engine has the crank, pistons and heads. PLEASE ONLY BID ON THIS CAR IF YOU INTEND TO PAY FOR IT! THIS IS THE THIRD LISTING FOR THIS CAR AS THE LAST TWO WINNING BIDDERS NEVER FOLLOWED THROUGH. IT COST MONEY TO LIST THESE THINGS,THANK YOU.
