LOCALLY OWNED SINCE THE 1970'S. THIS RARE OLDS CUTLASS CONVERTIBLE IS BEING SOLD BY ITS CURRENT OWNER WHO RARELY DRIVES IT ANYMORE.HANDED DOWN FROM HIS FATHER- IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN WELL MAINTAINED, SERVICED AND ALWAYS GARAGED.

VERY NICE DRIVER QUALITY PAINT THAT SHOWS WELL ( OUTSIDE OF A COUPLE OF MINOR CHIPS / SCRATCHES ). PAINT IS THICK WITH BASE COAT / CLEAR COAT AND COULD BENEFIT A GOOD WETSAND / BUFF TO REALLY BRING OUT THE DEPTH IN THE PAINT. GOOD GAPS. DOORS, HOOD AND TRUNK OPEN AND CLOSE NICE. HOOD DOES NEED A LITTLE ADJUSTMENT WHEN CLOSED ( HOOD SPRNGS ? ) .SOLID FLOORS, TRUNK AND FIREWALL. OLDER CHROME WITH SOME MINOR PITS. GOOD GLASS.

ORIGINAL INTERIOR IS REALLY CLEAN, BUT DOES SHOW ITS AGE. EXCELLENT DASH PAD. WORKING GAUGES ( INCLUDING CLOCK , CLIMATE CONTROLS AND RADIO. DRIVERS SEAT IS COVERED BY A BLANKET BECAUSE OF WEAR / TEAR.ORIGINAL WEATHERSTRIPPING / SEALS. ORIGINAL POWER TOP WORKS.TOP DOES SHOW ITS AGE WITH A SMALL TEAR ON DRIVERS SIDE ALONG WITH TOP BOOT SHOWING ITS AGE.*BELIEVED TO BE* ORIGINAL DRIVETRAIN INCLUDING 215ci V8.MOTOR STARTS RIGHT UP AND SETTLES TO A SMOOTH IDLE. REALLY NICE DRIVABILTY, BUT WOULD RECOMMEND THE CARB TO GET TUNED ( HESITATES EVERY NOW & THEN UPON LOAD ) . . . SMOOTH SHIFTS FROM AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION. GOOD BRAKES. TRACKS STRAIGHT.
