“This is a “Barn Find” type of car.Its very original and appears to have mostly original paint with that aged “patina” look.A section of the roof was cleaned of its dead paint to show glossy original paint underneath.It still has the original engine and driveline and has had some tune up work.The body is straight and solid with the exception of the rust in the typical areas, including lower edges of quarter panels, doors and rocker panels (look at the photos)and twodents in the hood along the rear edge having to do with the hinges being broken. The hinges have been repaired but are not installed. The hood is just sitting on the car.The floorboards are rusted in several areas as the photos show.New sheetmetal panels are included for their repair.There are also miscellaneous parts in the trunk that go with the car.Mechanically, the car seems to be in pretty good basic condition.The brakes are solid.I put a new 6 volt battery in the car along with some fresh high octane 0% ethanol gasoline to do the video.The engine sounds good – no knocks or rattles and does not smoke.It has an intake manifold or carburetor vacuum leak I assume because I had to set the choke up for the car to idle.The caris currently driveableas you can see from the video.The brakes, clutch, transmission etc all seem to be good.The overdrive I could not check as the control cable under the dash is frozen.

Overall, I view this Kaiser as a very unique and rare car with its heart shaped windshield and rear window glass. This car could be a fun and dependable original classic “head turner” driver, or a great restoration projec, or unique street rod “sleeper” project.
