We sell all cars as-is, which means the buyer isresponsible for any and all repairs, according to the Ohio Buyer’s Guide (includes body, mechanical, frame and interior). We do our best to describe all vehicles as accurately as possible, but keep in mind that opinions may differ and that it’sthe buyer’s responsibility to inspect the car before bidding. We advise all bidders to get a third party to check out the vehicle if they can’t make it out themselves to ensure their complete satisfaction. This must be done before bidding. When you view the pictures of the vehicle, make sure you look at them on a large screen to ensure that you can see all attributes of the car. If the car starts and runs onto the truck, but it does not start at arrival, that is the buyer’s responsibility (cars may be damaged on a long, bouncy trip). Once the car is paid for, all buyers should put insurance on it because they now own the car. We will work with your shipper or you can call Mike, our shipper, for a rate at 970-300-1020. We leave all buyers positive feedback. All sales are final.
Thank you for looking at our 1970 Cadillac Eldorado survivor with only 94K actual miles, and a clean title. This is a beautiful car. This car is 100% original, except for one repaint. I'm glad it has been repainted because it looks much better than the original paint would look at this age. The car starts, runs and drives very well. The body, bumpers and roof are all in excellent condition as seen in the pictures. The interior is perfect outside of where you first get in the driver's seat. You can see the plastic liner with a little bit of wear and tear. The headliner is in fantastic condition, so is the dash and so is the rear section behind the rear seats. It's hard to believe that a car nearly 50 years old could be in this nice of shape. All four windows work perfectly.
When we got the car, we put a water pump on, belts, and did brake work, even though the car was driveable. Since then, we've had everything checked, and the only two things it's going to need are: 1 donut gasket that goes between the manifold and the exhaust pipe running up (my mechanic doesn't do exhaust work), and I forgot to mention that the heat works but the blower motor doesn't come on (probably just needs a fuse, haven't checked it). I didn't want to send the car back into the shop to get fixed because I want to get it sold before the snow comes.
It also has two beautiful mats, one in the front and one in the back, and we also have before and after pictures so you can see how beautiful the original floors are. Everybody that stops out to pick up their car or look at other cars stopped and looked at this car and they can't believe the beautiful condition this car is in. As a matter of fact, it would not be easy to buy another one to replace this one. 1967 - 1970 Eldorados were all almost exactly the same, and this was the last year they made the original bodystyle until they changed it in 1971. If you're in the market for a classic Eldorado that's definitely going up in value, this Eldorado would be a nice car to add to your collection or just to be used as a weekend cruiser.
