1972 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class
Description
I've owned this car for six years and have enjoyed it very much. I was told this car is rare because it was an early R107 that came to the US and was badged as a 350SL, but has the 4.5L V8. This car is in excellent condition for a 48 year old car with ZERO rust and always garage kept. I bought this car for when I visit my parents in Michigan and have driven it to the Gratiot and Woodward cruises. The car has a great color combo, and gets a lot of attention. When I bought the car I had Fritz from Autohaus in Royal Oa, MI go through the entire car and if something needed to be replaced, it was. $4500 worth of work was done with a list of new parts and performed maintenances. The A/C works but needs to be recharged because of a leak, and I had a dye put in to locate the leak but haven't repaired it. My parents are now both gone, their house is on the market and I will no longer have a place to store the car. Let me know if you have any questions.
