1980 Toyota landcruiser HJ45 Troopy

Up for auction/sale is a 1980 Toyota Land Cruiser HJ45 Diesel Troopy. imported from Victoria Australia in 2014. It's well worn and definitely a project. but it runs well and has had a lot of work put into it. It starts smokey if it's any kind of cold out. but once it's warmed up it runs smoothly. Shifts well. clutch is good (4 speed manual). 4x4 works. heater works. lights work. Paint is pretty beat up. exhaust leaks. dribbles oil like you'd expect for it's age but nothing too bad. it has dents and scratches all over the place. missing some of the rear bench seats. front seats aren't original. no radio. horn isn't hooked up. and just generally is the 35 years old it is (and 97. 99km+). Recent work on it includes:- New valve gaskets (VRS kit)- New radiator- New brake drums/tensioners/springs/cylinders/hardware- New wheel bearings/hub work- New fan- Refurbished heater/blower- New speedometer cable/gear- New air/oil/fuel filters- New BFGoodrich Mud Terrain tires- New wheelsI also have a bunch of miscellaneous replacement parts that come with. including:- Interior door panels- Door handles- New Brake light covers- Rear view mirror. side mirror- Fuel/oil filters- Original 4 Australian split rim wheels & tires- Misc. other bitsIt's definitely a project. and I'm headed back to school and can't keep up with it. It runs and drives well. and just needs some good TLC and a paint job to be something really great. It's titled in Georgia so the import paperwork is all done and in the past, and easy to transfer.
