Description

This Dietrich bodied 7 passenger touring was restored many years ago to a very high standard and then used very little. A very rare example with only a handful produced. The paint has cracks all ove, the worst area is clearly shown in the pictures at the right rear and would be an easy fix. Most of the chrome has light pitting. That being said the car has a very nice patina and can be enjoyed as is with some minor cosmetic attention. The engine spun freely by hand when the car was removed from long term storage. I removed the plugs and lubed the cylinders . After cleaning the fuel system and changing the oil and coolant a new 6 volt battery was installed and the car started right up. I can report that it runs and drives as it shoul, has great oil pressure and does not get hot. The tires are old and horribly out of round and should be replaced. All of the lights function. The interior is very nice as well. Some of the tools are present as is the original owners manual. I have dozens of other images available. Please check my feedback and feel free to contact me with any questions. Lower reserve. Motivated seller. Any and all inspections welcome. Please check my feedback . Everyone I sell a car to says I have "underdescribed" the car when they see it, patently fals, I merely accurately describe the car. As a restorer and collector I have spent a lifetime traveling all over the world looking at car, all of which have been fluffed up auction style or at very least completely "overdescribed" overpriced inoperative junk. I don't like having my time wasted so I will not waste yours. As an unscrupulous exotic car dealer from Connecticut told one of my clients, " Tom is a guy you want to buy a car fro, not to try to sell to " . Once Again please take the time to read my feedback that's why its there...
