Description

When a good friend of mine purchased this car, (he was the second owner) it's motor was still in working condition & it would start right up. He began the restoration but than became very ill & could no longer work on it. I purchased it from him in February of 2016.

I also planned on restoring it but now have too many unfinished projects & the wife says all projects must go! (I am 81 years old!!)

The cars interior is in very good condition & seat belts have been added. All of the chrome has been removed & has been re-chromed. (see pictures) All of the glass is in good shape. The body is in great shape, just needs a paint job. It also has a brand new $400 plus carburator (see pictures)& 4 new tires that were purchased & mounted approximately 2 years ago.

The Kelly Blue Book quotes a fair condition $3650, good condition $7300 to $14,500, so it will make a great project car.

I can provide assistance to help load this vehicle on transport but all arrangements for shipping must be made by the buyer. I can provide names of transport companies we have used in the last 2 years. Each have been excellent.

Bidders with under 3 feed backs must contact me prior to placing any bids. I will cancel bids from those 3 and under feedback bidders who do not contact me first (no exceptions).

As for payment, I would prefer not using Pay Pal. Cash, check or cashiers check (when cleared) or bank to bank wire transfers are good options and can be discussed.

I will be glad to answer any questions with any interested bidder.

Please, bid only if you intend to win. Non-payment will probably result in legal actions. Based on ebays requirements, your bid is a legal binding contract and my only remedy if you breach this contract is to file suit. Bidders should be aware that vehicle may be listed in other venues.

One more thing, I am really very computer illiterate so I'd appreciate your patience. Thanks, Ed (my wife typed this for me!)
