This beautifully restored Packard was produced during the best looking year of America's Premier Luxury Automobile. This impressive 1934 Packard Super 8 1105 Seven Passenger Sedan has undergone a complete restoration since its purchase by the current owner in 1998. The car was purchased from the Pipe Creek Trading Company and in 1998 the front end was rebuilt along with the brake system. In 1999 the generator was rebuilt, the glass was replaced and the interior woodgraining was done. In 2000 the body work, correct paint in original Packard colors of light and dark gunmetal gray, chrome, upholstery in original Packard style wool from Hirsch, and the running board rubber was replaced. In 2002 the tires were replaced. 2003 saw the fuel system gone through. In 2005 the engine had a complete rebuild. 2010 brought new correct top including wood, new carpet, headliner and running board trim. In 2013 the exhaust system was replaced and the dash chrome was re-plated. As you can see a lot of time, money and effort has gone into creating a wonderfully impressive car that would be the ultimate touring car and a great addition to any car collection.
