This is a rare find, a solid steel original body 5 window coupe. It is being sold as a project car but it is in average good condition cosmetically and mechanically. Body is solid and straight. Doors close solid with no sagging. Paint is gray and in fair condition. All chrome is in good average condition, looks decent but one may want to re-chrome for show condition. The headlights are correct.
Interior is a blue velour and will need to be redone although someone could be fine with the way it is. The dash is most impressive, wood grain trim is in excellent condition as well as the wood on the door panels. Steering wheel is excellent with no cracks. Interior is clean.
Engine is the original six cylinder paired with the original 3 speed manual transmission. The rear end matches and is original as well. Car runs, drives, and stops.
Undercarriage is solid and presents well.
This is an ideal car for one who wants to slowly restore, but can enjoy driving it while restoring. It is also a great candidate for a restoration into a show car or trailer Queen.
