SELLING OUR 1974 PLYMOUTH "DAISY DUKE REPLICA" SATELLITE/ROADRUNNER
First time we have ever listed this car for sale.

My wife had intentions of following me around in my General Lee to car shows but has completely lost interest. Probably 90% my idea and 10% her idea.
This car runs strong, shifts strong and drives/handles great!
Always gets praise and THUMBS UP!
HANDLES THE ROAD/CURVES GREAT!
VIN #: RH23G4G134857
Here is an extensive, specific description of our car. Please take time to read everything before asking questions or bidding. I am extremely thorough and 100% honest in my descriptions.
The fellow we purchased this car from was equally as honest when I bought it and I have been VERY pleased with the car just as it is.
Body/paint:
This car looks great in pictures, fantastic going down the road and awsome in person from about 20 feet away. BUT, the car has had pervious, 20 year old (ammature) body work on the lower quarter panels and a few spots here and there on the lower front fenders. Meaning old Bondo work. The car was painted in a hurry to get it ready for an event, but then again the paint doesn't need to be perfect on this car to be fun to drive and enjoy without worrying about scratching it. Or spending a ton of money on a restored car you can't drive and enjoy.
Glass is all excellent! No chips or cracks anywhere!
The underside/bones of this car is in ROCK SOLID condition. Floors are rock solid, sub frame/torsion boxes are excellent, trunk floor is excellent too.
The car is straight and has never been in any accidents or wrecks to my knowledge. We are the 4th owners.
Back to the paint. The paint job is a cheap, dull satin lemon color. This was an intentional paint job to make the car look more like the cars from the early series episodes. NOTglossy, shiny paint. 1974 Roadrunner graphics kit was added to complete the look.
All exterior and interior lights work great (Hi/Low beam, tail, brake, turn...so on)
Engine/Trans./Suspension:
Factory 318 2bbl. engine runs excellent! Sounds GREAT! Very strong and sound engine. Does have an occasional puff of smoke on first start up after being stored for a while.727 transmission was completely rebuilt approx. 8,000 miles ago. w/Trans. cooler. Shifts excellent! Kicks down STRONG!!!!Factory power steering, power disc brakes. Car stops excellent!Hooker Competition headers, Flowtech exhaust system.New water pump, voltage reg., Ignition module, starter relay, Interstate battery, fresh oil and air filter.New gas tank in 2007. All new brake lines (steel and all rubber hoses) in 2007 also.
Brand new 215/70/14" Dayton white letter tires with less than 100 miles on them!Factory Magnum 500 Road wheels with new centers. Rears are 14"X 7", Fronts 14" X 6".
Interior:
Factory black interior car with excellent original bucket seats. Door panels are excellent too. Car has no headliner but dome light is there and working.New OEM carpet last fall.
Well, there it is. That's about everything I can say about it but I will go to the outer limits to take any further pictures or ask any other specific questions you may have anytime.
THIS IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL RESTORATION SO PLEASE BID ACCORDINGLY.
Car has a clear/clean Indiana title in my name in hand. Currently insured and plated.
The car is a lot of fun and is reliable to drive. Always fires right up.
