1970 Plymouth Superbee, matching number 383, 4-spd, not road runner
Description
This is a matching number 1970 383 4-spd Superbee. It is a running project car. This Superbee has both its original matching number 383 engine and its matching number pistol grip 4-spd transmission. However, the original engine is not in the car. It is together as a short block needing a rebuild and is of course included with the sale. The matching number 4-spd transmission is in the car. The engine in the car is a good running 1968 383. The underside of the Superbee is solid. The floors and frame rails appear good. The body does have bondo in various places throughout. It needs a trunk pan. The fender tag and build sheet were missing, but it does appear to be an original B-5 Blue with a white bench seat interior car. The car runs and drives, but the brakes are weak and it should be transported. It also has power steering and Rally gauges which are not working. Matching number 4-spd Superbee's are not easy to find in any condition. This car is being sold with a transferable registration and dealer bill of sale which is good in every State. However, if a title is required I can apply for one.
On Sep-16-18 at 06:31:05 PDT, seller added the following information:For some reason my listing showed up in the Plymouth category when it is obviously a Dodge Superbee. Ebay won't let me change that since there are bids already. I apologize to all the Mopar fans out there of which I am one. Also my Superbee has power disc brakes and a rare rear window defroster. Thanks
