Description

Are you looking for an original Black 4 Speed 'Cuda?
All numbers matching. 1 of 334 4-speed U-Code cars. Original body panels, original engine, Original HD 18 spline 4 Speed, Original Dana 60 rear with 3:54 Gears. I have the fender tag and build sheet. Rare original A22 Front AND Rear Elastomeric bumpers.
The following options were added and not on the car when it was new: Shaker Hood. This shaker is an original 1970 Hood. NOT a reproduction. Six barrel set up from Early1970. This is an original Chrysler Aluminum Manifold. (The correct 4737-S AVS Carb and Original intake go with the car). Rim Blow Steering Wheel. Also NOT a reproduction. And it works! The Hockey stripe. (This car did not have a stripe from the factory)
Everything else on this car is as delivered, including the Ralley dash, console, Power disc brakes (with correct booster and master cylinder) power steering and even the 15" Ralleys are original.I picked this car up from Long Island in 2012 a few weeks after Hurricane Sandy from a friend. This car was in a garage that took in some water. I took the car home within weeks of the storm and immediately took it completely apart and restored it. Every single wire was replaced and every single switch and relay, nut and bolt were completely restored. NO reproduction parts. I have hundreds of pictures as well as all receipts documenting everything. Clean title. This car is featured in Hemmings Muscle Machines Jan 2019.
The engine, transmission and rear differential are all rebuilt and have less then 15,000 miles.
This car shows very well but is a driver. Since owning it I have driven it from CT to the Nationals in Ohio and to Chryslers at Carlisle in PA 5 Years in a row where it has won first place 3 times. That said, I built it to drive and it runs beautiful with no problems at all. Can be driven anywhere. Although clean, the undercarriage is not detailed and there are a few nicks and imperfections on this car from the road. There is a lot more to add so feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
