1962 Plymouth Valiant V200 4 door that is in good condition. We have owned the car 17 years and the car is very reliable with its slant 6. The glass is all good with no cracks or breaks. There are not many of these cars left in this original condition but the car definitely needs love to bring it back. Tires were purchased when we bought the car and have about 6000 miles on them. Of the 4 original hupcaps, 3 of them are perfect and one has a dent in the right rear (see pic). New headliner about 15 years ago but has came loose above the back window and is drooped down (see pic). The upholstery on the front & back seats has some staining and sun damage, but no rips or tears. The armrest is missing on the right rear passenger door. Radio is not original to the car but does work. Original antenna is in good condition. Window cranks & vent windows all work good. There are several pics of the dash so that you can see the overall condition of it. It is the original paint but it has faded and has lots of surface rust. I took a lot of pics so that you can see overall condition of the dents and rust. All the gauges work and the heater and defroster works. I have replaced the front rubber brake lines, adjusted and bled the brakes. The brake linings are in good condition and I packed the wheel bearings. Push buttons work great and the car shifts perfectly. The wipers, turn signals, lights and horn all work. The oil and filter has just been changedand the carburetor has recently been rebuilt. The 1962 Plymouth and Valiant Service Repair Manual, The Story of Valiant Flyer and the 1962 Valiant Owners Manual are included with the car. If you have any questions please ask...Or, let me know if you would like additional pic... We have a clear Colorado title. Thanks |
