Up for auction is a 1970 Roadrunner. This was a original 383 3 speed manual, now has 4 speed. This is a driver quality car with a 383 engine, 4 speed manual transmission, and has 4.10 sure/grip rear end. Dual exhaust system with factory chrome tips. There were around only 584 built with 3 speed transmission, making it a low production car. We recently pulled motor and transmission out of car. Engine was completely checked, new seals and gaskets, new... oil pump, HP exhaust manifolds, painted engine bay, and detailed, complete tune up, ETC . The four speed was rebuilt with new clutch, pressure plate and throw out bearings. Runs and drives very well, has Edelbrock intake with holley 4-bbl carb., Electronic ignition, power steering, manual drum brakes. The body is around 13 year old exterior green paint, with black vinyl top, black hood and tail panels stripes, gold side stripes, has rear black trunk spoiler. Very solid body with no rust or bubbles. Trunk pan looks to be original and very solid, excellent frames and floors. Has 225-70-15 front and 275-60-15 rear BFG Tires on 15'' magnum wheels. Interior is Green with bucket seats and center fold down buddy seat, pistol grip shifter, beep beep horn, black carpet, very nice head liner, has the 150 speedo rallye dash gauges, all gauges work as after market radio and speakers. Front door panels have wrinkles and cracks on lower part and could be replaced. Overall the interior is nice with older wear and tear all chrome is very decent including bumpers. This is not a number matching car but is a real RM Roadrunner with factory vender tag and all body numbers match the Vin, and Title. not a show car. This is a Driver quality car that is ready to go, all electrical in working condition. Very solid through out car, all bidders with less than 10 feedback will need to contact me before bidding.
