1973 Plymouth Barracuda 383 4spd
Description
The car was restored back in 2009 and was originally a 318 3spd car, which was upgraded to a 383 big block engine mounted to an A-833 4spd transmission with pistol grip shifter. The motor pushes out 350hp (dyno tested), with upgrades such as Holley 650 carb (electric coke), bigger pistons, Mopar purple camshaft kit, shorty headers followed by a stainless steel magna flow exhaust system, electronic ignition, and the valves have been done so the car runs excellent on premium gas. The car rides on 14" cragar rims with BF Goodrich tires. The suspension was upgraded in 2015 to the Hotchkis E Body TVS Suspension system, with QA1 racing adjustable shocks in the rear. The car has power brakes, front rotors and drum rears, and power steering, and an oversized aluminum radiator to keep the engine cool. The power to the wheels goes thru an 8 3/4 POSI rear end, with a Detroit locker posi setup with 3.55 gears, which makes the car fun off the start and a nice cruiser. This car runs and drives excellent, its a blast to drive and the color makes it stand out. Any questions please email me. Car is being sold AS IS and buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping.
