Description

This 1970 Plymouth Cuda Hemi Restomod takes a muscle car legend and gives it award-worthy paint, a custom leather interior, and a serious V8 power upgrade. So if you love iconic Mopars, welcome to the next level.

Finding a real-deal 1970 'Cuda is already quite rare, but they turned this one into a snowflake. This is a full rotisserie restoration with around 100 miles on it since completion. They treated the panels like precious metal, and so you instantly understand why they chose to paint it in gold. The level of gloss and shine in the paint means it reflects its own panels when you look at iconic details like the sporty rear fender kick-up. And speaking of details, this has a ton of them. Some are premium, like the mirror-like presentation of the chrome bumpers and clear headlights. Others are pure intimidation, like the hood scoop and hood pins. But the best pieces are the ones that mix premium and performance. For example, the parchment vinyl roof matches the side hockey stick stripe that announces this has Hemi power. And those modern KMC alloys have an elegant design that you see so well because they have an aggressively large 20-inch size.

The parchment on the roof and exterior stripes also happen to give you a preview of the leather inside. In fact, the tones of the exterior so ideally match the tones of the interior that you get a uniform total package inside and out. That's the number one sign of a premium and thoughtful build. And you can really tell they spent time working on this custom interior. The high-back bucket seats were never this supple from the factory, but they took time to get the premium leather to look similar to the factory pattern. And you could never get such a well-trimmed door panel from Plymouth in 1970, but it still follows the stock design. So you have a coupe that respects its history while delivering a presentation that can win awards. More than just look outstanding, this is a driver's machine. The custom center console has a Lokar shifter; the custom steering wheel is mounted on an Ididit tilt column; and all your gauges are professional-grade AutoMeter Pro-Comp units.

On a car of this quality, you better believe the engine bay is special, too. The smooth golden inner walls funnel your attention to the Mopar legend in the middle. It's a 528 cubic-inch Hemi V8 built by Bob George Racing. It includes a Holley Dominator four-barrel carburetor, Indy hi-rise intake, and long tube headers that add power while contributing to the thunder of the 3-inch dual exhaust. Everything looks so fresh because this is such a low mileage build. And you can also see all the proper supporting component, like the MSD ignition, fresh hoses, and Wizard aluminum radiator with four electric cooling fans. The undercarriage photos are another great reminder of the freshness of this total restoration, and also the great details they used (even the gas tank is painted to match the car.) This has a A727 Torqueflite three-speed automatic transmission from TCI, so you know it can handle the extra muscle. And the four-wheel disc brake upgrade and modern performance tires keep control firmly in your hands.

This is an award-worthy custom and a street-eating muscle machine all wrapped in a rare and iconic package. Mopar dreams don't get any better than this. Call today!!!
