Description

1966 plymouth satellite 383,bucket seat 4 speed console with ps disc brakes & air.Let me begin by saying that i run a restoration shop and specialize in Mopars.(RR,S BEES,R/T,CUDAS, and CHALLENGERS.About 20 years ago i acquired this 1966 Satellite which was bought new here in Gadsden AL.For years it just sat and collected dust. Finally in 2005 I decide that it was too nice of a car to let sit.I gave it the same treatment as all of my other muscle cars,a full rotissory job. This car is a super solid car with no rust and all original body panels.the car has 69,600 actual milesThe front bucket seats are original and in excellent condition.I had to replace the rear seat due to sun damage. I installed new Legendary headliner, door panels and carpet. The underside of the Satellite looks as good as the top side.I have done the follow, 383 rebuilt to standard bore, added small cam and Elderbroc intake and Holley 600 carb,HP exhaust manifolds and dual snorkel breather.I have also installed disc brakes, new power steering gear box,new ps pump.dual exhaust with magnaflo mufflers.Car sounds great.for the first few years I had yellow Police wheels and dog dish caps. looked great, but when I restored my daughters 71 Buick GSX I put American Racing wheels and BFG tires on it . I liked the looks,so I put them on the satellite. This is an excellent running and driving car, I have put less than 100 miles on the car since completion in 2005 as I enjoy building them more than showing them. Time has come for me to get things in order and sell off my collection. This one is the last to go.Keeping a one owner 1967 R/T and a 69 Super Bee.
