1972 PLYMOUTH TWISTER DUSTER PROJECT

Description

Up for auction is a 1972 Plymouth Twister Duster project"AS IS". The car hasthe stock A body 8.75 with a 3:55 positive trackcenter. The motor is a 1974 small block 318with what sounds like a rod knocking. It does run good but Ihaven't had time to figured it out yet.The carb is a Holley 650 with the quick change throttle spring set up. Weiand aluminum intake with a Weiand chrome air cleaner lid. Napa electric fuel pump. Mildon 8 quart oil pan. Accel 60,000 volt Super Coil. B & M shifter. Weld type center line wheels. Fronts runners are 1985 Mr. Gaskets. Backs might be Weld. Tires are aged.Newer Exide deep cycle battery.Steel fuel cell. The 727transmission I am not sure about. I have a drive shaft but it needs shorten. I don't have everything hooked up yet likebelts, hoses, pulleys, radiator and fuel cell. The lights and brakes do work. There is no trunk floor. The rear frame has been narrowed. Needs drivers quarter panel and a lower patch panel for the passenger side. Decent fenders, doors and floor pans. No headliner or bows. No dash pad. Some hail damage. Typical rust around torsion bar mounts by the trans. I have a complete section included for this area if needed. The car is not at the point to where it can be restored back to factory or it can befinished out pro street.Dash tag, fender tag and clear title all matches. Factory numbers G code with the Twister package. B3 paint code Petty blue, black stripes, dualscoop hood and shark tooth grille. I have the original hood but no scoops. Also I have the heater control for the dash, wiper arms, Duster emblems, original Twister decals for the rear,good black interior doorpanels and arm rest that goes with the car.Ask questions if youfeel serious.Thanksfor looking
