1966 Plymouth Belvedere II Sedan
Description
Selling my 1966 Belvedere II 4-door. Car has been in same household since 1967, but has been a work in progress lately.
The Good: Original 273 was replaced with a 361 in 1997. 361 motor has approximately 30,000 miles after being completelyrebuilt with a 4 bbl carb, edelbrock intake, performance cam, duel exhaust, headers, keith black pistons, MSD electronic ignition and moroso oil sump. Transmission was professionally rebuilt when new engine was put in. Floor pans have been patched, interior has new carpet and seats were recently reupholstered.
The Bad: Engine needs a good tune up, left front motor mount needs replacing, heads were re-constructed with the 361 but burn oil. Body is mostly straight, with a few dents here an there. Most noticeable is the trunk lid and rear bumper (grandfather backed into a bollard), but I have a replacement trunk lid and rear trim that will go to winning bidder.
This car has been part of my family for 50 years, but am moving and sadly don't have room for it any longer.
Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
