Description

NO Reserve!
1991 Firebird Convertible, only 50,xxx miles, very good condition, runs perfectly and everything works. Even the lights pop up! Car needs nothing - you can fly in and drive this car home anywhere in the US with no issues.
They only made a few of the 3rd generation F-body drop-tops and gets attention whenever I drive it.This is my "fun" car so it is only driven on nice days and garaged.
It has all the options, V8, automatic, cruise, AC, 4-wheel disc, etc.
I am the second owner bought in 2005. No accidents, original paint in fantastic shape (except for trunk lid - faded), no mods except for aftermarket stereo, wheels, and upgraded rear end. Car has custom lowering springs also. New top with glass rear window. Weather stripping around windows are in good shape, not dried out or cracked.
Wheels are 17" Corvette Replica wheels, triple plated and have no curb rash. Look pretty much new. Tires in good shape also.
All the gauges, switches, buttons and lights work. AC blows cold and heater blows hot.No fluid leaks. Emission is original, it passes Texas inspection. E-brake works.
I upgraded the rear end with a 2000 Camaro SS with 3:43 gears in 2010 as I was planning on dropping in an LS1. It was a low mileage car, gears looked new. Differential fluid was changed out before installing. Unfortunately I never got around to the swap.
As mentioned before, the trunk lid has faded. I got a quote to get it painted for $400. The original owner had the driver's door painted due to a shopping cart ding. That is the only "non-original" paint on the car. She garaged it and I did also so the car looks amazing. I added a picture of the front right lower ground effect that has a gash in the paint. Other than that, it has the normal little marks for a 25 year old car.
I replaced the original top last year with an excellent canvas mohair top (not cheap vinyl) with a glass rear window. The old top itself was in good shape (25 years old!) but the plastic window cracked.
