NADA Classic puts the car at $5820.00 Low Retail............Showing 83,267 Miles on Odometer. Unknown if the car has 183,267 because the odometer only has 5 digits and the 6th. digit is tenths of a mile, therefore I'm not selling the car as a 83,000 mile vehicle. Transmission with Hurst Shifter. Posi-Traction Rear Axle. { **Note**Only able to count R. Wheel turns, so Gear could be 3.08 or 3.23, but cannot confirm-Have not had rear diff cover off to count Ring & Pinion teeth } A/C Delete car. Electric rear defroster with grid in back glass, Rally gauge package with clock { No Tach }. All gauges work including Fuel, Volts, Eng.Temp. and Oil pressure. . 100 MPH Speedometer. Power windows { Untested }. AM/FM 8 Track Panasonic Stereo { Turns on, but no audio } Qtr. panel mounted radio antenna is broken off. PHS Documents included with car. PHS reflects that only 3,120 4.9 litre cars had the Manual trans. and 10,316 cars had the automatic trans. Somewhat rare options with the 4 Speed, gauges instead of idiot lights and rear spoiler on a Base Firebird. The car will need some moderate to major restoration due to rust in certain areas underneath and exterior spots { See Pics } . Mechanically Ok. No fluids left on ground where parked. Engine has no loud noises . Radiator replaced recently. Can be a driving project. Rear brakes and Front tires recommended before I would drive it too far. The Emergency brake works.The bad about the car: Definitely will need bodywork. Some deep scratches on the pass. side Quarter panel paint. Evidence of Bondo on both quarter panels. Rust spots in the center of hood. The door keys I have that came with the car do not open the trunk or door locks, but I have 2 working keys for the ignition. I have no idea what the trunk floor looks like inside or what's in there. Pass. side outside door handle broken. Ft. Bumper is missing both lower grill inserts. Right rear bumper corner hangs down slightly. { See Picture }, Driver side seat wont slide to adjust and is wobbly. { Poss. track broken }, Interior needs a lot of help. No headliner. Dash has 2 cracks, 1 in center and one on pass. side. Rear package shelf bad. All Oyster colored interior plastic has deteriorated into chalk-like. Door panels and Drivers side carpet need to be replaced. Firebird circle emblems missing on Drivers door and dash bezel. Drivers side door not original and was replaced at some time with a Red colored door. Some rust on passenger rear frame rail and front radiator core support has moderate rust on drivers side below battery tray. Left rear quarter panel bottom has rust hole { see pic } and some small rust spots around rear window trim area and above left rear wheel opening. Both front floors have rusted through in areas { Patch maybe be possible } Behind rear bumper has some rust. Both front fender Firebird emblems are missing. **Note** I was not able to have car on a lift to thoroughly inspect the undercarriage for rust and find the Partial VIN # on transmission case and Rear Axle to verify matching Numbers, but the components look unmolested and I am to believe from the man I bought it from to be the 3rd owner, but this info is not documented. Pictures were taken with vehicle on the ground with a flashlight as best as possible. I have only owned the car for a short period of time. Rear brakes need attention. Pedal is spongy { Drum Brakes in rear } Missing one wire wheel center cap. Blower motor not working for the interior fan. Engine runs strong. Car has been sitting since 2014, but this is a Turn-Key running, driving, shifting car { Clutch is fine }, Recent NY state inspection. Clear New York title in my name. It is your responsibility for the forms needed to title the car in your state. I will provide a Bill of Sale and will not leave buyers name blank on Title when signed over. I haven't owned the car long, but I put several miles on it without a problem. I have no problem if you would like to order an inspection of the car. She runs and drives fairly good. Sold AS-IS, NO Warranty and NO returns. Car originally purchased from Otten Pontiac in Commack, NY and I have the original Owners manual, consumer information literature and New Car Owners paperwork pouch from Dealership with the salesman's business card still attached.
