Description

I just relisted this car because of a typing error on my part. The best way to fix the error was to end the auction, and restart it. It now has the correct info. Sorry for the mistake...This is a 1967 Tempest that I found about 1 month ago in a local garage. It is a true 1 owner car, I just titled this car in my name on 3/22/17. So from 1967 until 2017 it was always owned by the same woman. I put the car in my name so there will be no issues with the title for this sale. The car has not been tagged or used much since 2004. So when I brought the car home I changed the oil, antifreeze, a few hoses, spark plugs, new battery, and put fresh gas in it. It started right up. and runs very good. The tires are not new, but in very good condition. I will try to describe the car as best as I can, but feel free to ask questions, or call me on 302-383-3837. It was born as a white car, but sometime in the 1980's they repainted it this color. The paint is so so, driver quality, with a fair amount of nicks and scratches. Rust wise the car is pretty solid. The quarters seem to be very solid, with a few small issues. The driver side quarter has some small rust just above the rear tire. The Passenger quarter had some work done in a small area behind the tire. I feel that both are easy repairs, and this car does not need quarters. The doors have a few bubbles at the lower corner, but again very repairable. Both fenders seem very nice. The frame and floors are very nice, and untouched. The trunk pan has a little rust near the wheel wells on both sides. The chrome is driver quality. The top has a rip as shown. The bad news is that I have not been able to get the top to go up and down on its own. The problem seems to be the switch, but I am selling the car as is, so it will need to be fixed by the buyer. It also has a decent top boot. The interior is pretty original. The seats have some splits that are taped up. The dash pad has 1 small crack. The carpet is pretty new. The seat belts are missing. The radio does not work. Please look at the pictures. I am selling this car as is. It runs and drives nice, it has new fluids, and We went through the brakes, replaced some of the rubber lines, and wheel cylinders. So it goes and stops very good. The car is not inspected, but I did drive it about 50 miles trouble free . It is not smoking, not knocking, it does have few small drips under it, but is pretty leak free. The exhaust is also pretty nice, but 1 tailpipe has a few holes in it. The mufflers look pretty new. This car is nice enough to go to Cruise nights as is, or you can improve it as you enjoy it. I hope I covered most of what you need to know. I am located in Wilmington, Delaware, 19803 and very easy to get to from I 95. Buyer is responsible for transporting, but I will be there to help load if needed. Deposit required, full payment in 7 days, please pick car up within 14 days, This car has a clear title in my name, so bid with confidence. Thanks! Feel free to set up a day to view the car if you want to..On Apr-05-17 at 04:20:33 PDT, seller added the following information:

The car has a 326 - 2bbl. V8
