1979 Trans Am Y84 PHS Documented

Description

This is a true, PHS documented Y84 Special Edition numbers matching Trans Am. It has the 403 Olds motor and TH350 Auto trans. The numbers matching motor was pulled when I bought the car as it was showing signs of needing rebuilt. It was replaced with a fresh 403 Olds motor with less than 10,000 miles on it. A successful sale will also include the numbers matching motor that is on a pallet and ready to ship - you get both motors. Drive it as is while you rebuild the numbers matching motor. The motor in the car has a new aluminum Edlebrock intake, new headers and all new exhaust. This car is a driver, hop in and go anywhere. The only leak is from the speedometer cable in the trans - very minimal. The paint is fresh, but admittedly not perfect. It has orange peel that was not wet sanded out, but you can't see it unless you're on the car. It doesn't even show in the pics as you can see. The speedometer doesn't work, I believe it needs a new cable. All other gauges work properly. Interior is all new and as you can see it is black. All new trim and seals around T-tops.
